In 1986, KK started the electrostatic powder system on the sprockets produced instead of offering the market with the zinc plated version alone. And, in 1992, when there was demand for such service in the general market, KK began to offer the service to customers who needed electrostatic powder coating on their products.

At present, KK has built a new factory building that house the electrostatic power system facilities that can cater work piece up to 6 meters long.
