KK Parts and Coat Co., Ltd. Previously known as KK Sparepart Co., Ltd. was established in 1984 to manufacture motorcycle sprockets for the after sale market in Thailand. Later KK enter the export market selling sprockets to Asian and Middle East countries.
In 1986, KK started the electrostatic powder coating system for the sprockets which were becoming popular at that time. And, in 1992, when demand for electrostatics powder coating on products from the general market increased, KK had open up the service to customers from all industries not only the motorcycle parts alone.
Subsequently the response for electrostatic powder coating service was overwhelming and its importance surpasses motorcycle sprockets production. Today, KK has built a new factory building with expanded facilities that can powder coat work piece up to 6 meters long.
Being in the manufacturing of motorcycle sprockets for many years, KK has accumulated experience in some metal fabrication process and is confident to diversify into fuller metal fabrication services that include metal cutting, stamping, turret punching, bending, forming, latching, etc. by being subcontractor for office furniture, and home decorative products in additional to OEM as well as after-market auto parts. A factory building was renovated to house the advance machinery for metal fabrication service.
KK is proud to achieve the ISO 9001:2000 certification on the 29TH of July 2004. Also in 2003 was the winner CPIE (Cleaner Production for Industrial Efficiency) Cleaner Production Award for Overall Achievement of medium factory (50 - 200 employees).
